Almost at the time of the end of COVID-19 pandemic; while the world has moved on toward normalizing its restrictions of PCR testing, isolation and social distancing; still wearing face mask indoor was mandatory while traveling in 2022. Just like that; we went to explore the mini world of EXPO 2020 this year in Dubai under TK London Eye Adventures.

Once in a lifetime celebration of humanity and the largest ever event of the Middle East. EXPO 2020 brought together 200 plus participants comprising of countries showcasing their art, culture, technology and beauty; innovators, entrepreneurs and companies, non-governmental organization, creative personnel’s and universities. The main idea of the expo was under the theme, “Connecting Minds; Creating the Future”.

Ever since the first event in 1851; the world expo proves to be an intermediatory platform for the world to get in one place. It connects people, nations and mind to fulfil the common goals necessary in the direction of world growth. It is thus done by supporting education, innovation that foster new opportunities for advancement. The ideology behind the Expo 2020 was ultimately built on UN 17 sustainability goals.

Formerly in the past time, distances and practical barriers were genuine issue for growth; now in the time of interconnectivity there is less to wonder. People are more globally associated with shared value of understanding, it all results in impacting where and how we live.

Thus, people are more aware about current situation; like population growth, rapid urbanization and environmental damages it causes to our mother earth. 192 contries were divided in 3 main sub-catogories districts; “Oppourtunity, Sustainability and Mobility”. It tells how each of the country is creating oppourtunity for their economy; sustaining their resources and driving to growth and mobility.

Ultimately, Expo 2020 addresses to such matter; showcasing how unified global approach each nation is adapting itself to; like reduce plastic waste, preserve marine life, sustain rainforest and in itself conserve energy.
